RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your NIA DE FER pieces. However, if you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with all original tags attached.

 

STORE CREDIT

For eligible returns, NIA DE FER offers store credit instead of a monetary refund, except where a refund to the original payment method is required by applicable consumer law.

Once your return has been received and approved, you will receive store credit for the eligible value of the returned item(s). This credit can be used towards another purchase on niadefer.com.

Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be used for purchases at NIA DE FER.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To request a return, please contact us at hello@niadefer.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. NIA DE FER does not cover or reimburse the cost of returning an item.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment to NIA DE FER.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as NIA DE FER cannot be held responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

If you receive an incorrect, defective or damaged item, please contact us at hello@niadefer.com before returning it so we can assist you.

 

EXCHANGES

If you would like a different size, colour or product, please contact us at hello@niadefer.com.

Subject to availability, you may use your store credit towards the new item of your choice.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at hello@niadefer.com so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law. Any product-specific return restrictions will be clearly indicated before purchase.
